Returned less money as change by cashier

On 7th April 24 I send my son Tanish Nikam to Sahakari Bhandar, Nallasopara west to bring milk handing him only one 200 Rupees note. Milk price was Rs. 71/-. on the billing counter he gave the Rs. 200 note and the lady returned only 29 Rupees instead of returning 129 rupees assuming that he tender only 100 rupee note.
When he complained about the same she refused him telling that he gave 100 rupee note. When he insisted to check she told him that we have to check CCTV footage and will call you tomorrow. Next day at 11.00 am I went to ask, they said we will check by 2.30 pm in the afternoon and will call you. They didn't call. My wife went there again at 5.00pm. she has to wait for half hour to look CCTV footage. At 5.30 pm they showed the footage but the footage is also not clear.
When he complained about the same she refused him telling that he gave 100 rupee note. When he insisted to check she told him that we have to check CCTV footage and will call you tomorrow. Next day at 11.00 am I went to ask, they said we will check by 2.30 pm in the afternoon and will call you. They didn't call. My wife went there again at 5.00pm. she has to wait for half hour to look CCTV footage. At 5.30 pm they showed the footage but the footage is also not clear.

I had been to shakari bhandar in September 2022 during billing at the POS I did a UPI transaction for which the amount was deducted but as per the team they din received the amount I made another payment using my wife's phone and I thought the first amount I'll get it reversed back in my account but it din happened so I went to sahakari bhandar after a week the took my compliant and said we will check and revert back after few days I was told yes we have received 2 payments and said we will refund one amount back since then I have been chasing my refund of 2217 it's been 9 months now . The store supervisor Mr Raj I have attached the msg screenshot jus keeps telling me give me 2 days I'll get it done after calling again he says sorry jus more days this is happening for months now I have visited the store 3 times but no solution to it I also asked let me shop for the amount don't give me refund but they denied for that and when ever I call he seems to think that we can't do anything is this the after sales service we get.

Misbehaviour at the exit by the security staff

During entering the sahakari bhandar, as always I went to show my bag for checking purpose, the security person allowed me to go in without checking. While exiting at the checkout counter for the stamp on the bill, the security lady checked each item purchased with that in the bag which were all correct, she found out during this one sealed deo bottle that's when she started arguing raising her voice, I explained to her this was purchased earlier on buy 1get 1, she started raising her voice and saying why dint i mention while entering i had a deo bottle which is unreasonable, I had no idea this is not allowed and if the security person is telling me to go inside why do I ha e to mention that I have a deo bottle, do we keep things in our bag, the lady security person was misbehaving with me in which it was the mistake of her and the security people who are no working properly. They are treating and misbehaving with good people, which is intolerable.They took the contact number of my known who had purchased it for me as i did not hence i had no details of it. The lady on the security counter asked me the date when it was purchased to which i mentioned tentative day as who would even remember the exact date purchased, later she mentioned No we need the number of the person who bought.She herself was clueless of the rules.In all this it was too embarassing and the misbehaviour was very wrong.At the end it was their mistake and not mine, to which they did not apologise either.Such people should not be working here, who have no way to speak to the customer.This experience was pathetic. Please take action against this.

We asked for refund regarding home delivery. No such information was provided that home delivery was not currently available and upon transaction the issue was brought up. The manager tushar instead of taking things smoothly was verbally and physically aggresive. Such behaviour towards a customer is intolerable

We wanted a refund regarding the home delivery as there was no delivery available at the moment and no notice as such was brought to the consumers. Upon finding out a request for refund was made and the manager was brought into picture and as the conversation proceeded the manager was verbally and physically agressive. The worst customer service

The product price MRP is 169 but sahakari bhandar price is 99 but taking 129 from customer they are making fool i have a proof

The milk was sour that was purchased from your store sahakari bhandar colaba. The milk was expired. The date was 13/09/2023 and the written date for by use before is 12/09/2023.

I have been the customer of Sahakari bhandar for more than 10 years and I had purchased surf excel liquid soap woth rs 300 on 19 August 2021.it was billed for 2 qty while I had purchased only one..the CCTV record is only for last 10 days as per manager.. hence said that it cannot be proved..I want a refund

Points redemption at your Agar Bazaar branch
I had 55 points in my earlier physical Sahakari Bazaar card issued by your Agar Bazaar branch. I was told that there is no need of physical card as the points will be attached with the phone number registered by me I. E. [protected]. But when I came for redemption the message was giving points under physical card seperately. As the same was destroyed at branch as per instruction of your staff I am not able to get redemption of Rs. 55/-. I has given complaint with your branch on 29.3.21 and at that time manager, Mr. Tushar Sawant, mob. [protected] informed that due to server problem today points are not able to adjust but he promised to do the same on my next visit but due to lockdown and limited hours I was not able to redeem the points. But on 12. 6.21 he refused to redeem the amount. I am Sr. Citizen and unnecessarily I am deprived of the above amount and harassed. Even when I am asking for complaint book. Some book is given which many times is not available at customer helpdesk and in that book nobody is writing any comments I. E it is not complaint book which nobody bathers to refer from management side. And no response is given on our complaints. Hence I request to provide proper complaint book which is checked regularly and proper review of the same.
Also arrange for redemption of points of Rs 55/- of physical card which I am is deprives by negligence of your staff.

Complaint on staff
Customer service is very bad of two staff being girls did not know about the rate and product I hope as you working you need to be energetic and also know about the product. The staff is not even aware for the product what is available and not even after the product available they said its not there. The is no prices written on certain products how would the customer know the price of the product and if we ask the staff no-one proper response.

On 14/12/2020 I was speaking to the next senior authority- Mr.Sudip after store manager, since store manager was not available .
1- I faced the same issue 3rd time were i stand in queue at the billing counter & billing personnel irrespective to any acknowledgement would leave the counter for some personal reason & ask the customer to move to another queue. So we have to start over, stand at the never ending queue again, i wanted to share the same feedback but no acknowledgment whatsoever.
2- The offer chart & the selling price on the bill always differs, when we insist on checking they play blame game saying it was put up by an junior by-mistakenly. For. eg while was purchasing milk pouches they offer chart said buy 1 & get 1 free, but I was charged MRP*2, insisted them to check, they started creating scene by calling junior personnel & blamed them to put an old chart.
3- Every time I visit or even pass by the mart, I always witness quarrels among staffs, it is very pathetic to see these people argument & name call each other also the language by used by them is harsh, foul, abusive words.
I wanted to give a written feedback about the same to store manger since store manger was not available I turned to Mr. Sudip the next senior authority available, when conveyed the same feedback t him verbally & asked to make a note about the same, he denied it, he stared arguing with me in front of the whole store & made a scene .

Payment and purchases

On 6th Nov 2020, 19:33:24, via Debit card purchase made and reflecting on bank's statement is still not reflected 7th Nov 2020, 1300, on Sahakari Bhandars system, wasted hour waiting for the sluggish network, which didn't come online till 20:18, left asking for home delivery. The next day purchases didn't reach by noon so went personally to collect and was told the transaction doesn't reflect in their system, despite me showing my bank details the arrogant manager was adamant that it will take Monday 9th Nov 2020. Returned home without my purchases and will be awaiting reverse amout transaction my 1200 PM Monday, failure of which will be compelled to lodge a police complaint as well at Consumer Grievances, Delhi.

Rude staff

I am writing to keep you updated on the rise behaviour of your staff at Sahakari bhandar Bandra branch.
I have been shopping there for the past 30 years.
When I visit the store Monday to Saturday things in the parking area are taken care of by a very well mannered attendant I think called Deepak.
He is extremely efficient and tries to accommodate everyone
The problem arises on Sundays when he is not on duty.
Yesterday the parking lot was pretty empty
and there were empty spaces available.
The person on duty put a bamboo rod at a time time like this and was chatting inside.
I jad to park miles away... being a senior citizen it is difficult for me to carry my bags back.
So obviously I was upset at the lazy attendant
He was justifying his stand.
My mistake was that I didn't tale a picture to show you
Also bad was the Security guard who was on duty.
It was non of his business to join in and start fighting with me
I had to call the Manger out.
The Manager should habe removed the staff and replaced him with someone better and more willing to work
I am really upset as I have been shopping here for over 30 years.
I would like to talk to a senior Manager.

I purchased a milk which was cracked so I had given there for other set of milk it was a gowardhan milk and it got cracked
I requested them to provide me other milk as the earlier one is cracked
However the manager over there at mazgaon brach was rude and talking very badly as I had came over there for some other kind of things
He was not ready to give me other set of milk which I paid for not even returning but not giving refund

Unhygienic environment of sahakari bhandar nalasopara west

These days sahakari bhandar is taking precautions regarding social distancing and due to jio mart orders they are not giving coustomers there valuable time
Following are the complaints below
1-huge mess of jio carts all over premises
2-no price labeling at products
3-all the employees are busy in jio mart orders no importance to regular coustomers
4-a huge price hike in products compared to local market in every section
5-unhygenic environment in premises no follow up of covid precautions
6-no resolvance of coustomer compaints which has to be priority
7- too much mess all around no space to walk or drag trollys for shopping as there is jio marts carts loaded everywhere inside and outside of sahakari bhandar
Sahakari bhanadar was a good experience before to me
But these days due to their bad magagement and managers the satisfaction level of sahakari bhandar is going downwards and is becoming worse..
Need too take action before it gets late for a brand like sahakari bhandar
Following are the complaints below

milk got spoiled and they denied for refund.
As i am regular customer of sharkar bandari i have purchase a milk but its spiled very next we took for cooking and i went to store told this they denied upfrontly saying due to covid 19 no replacement and no refund

connivance of supervisor at hari om nagar branch mulund east with local retailers

As a regular customer to the store, it is noticed that the supervisor in connivance with local retailer had parted all the supply to one consumer where it was buy one get one free-chocolate with a blue wrap.
This is not one off incident. This is regular practice in the store.
Moreso with the ongoing pandemic and challenging times, such shameful act on behalf of the supervisor calls for immediate action like replacement with staff of integrity and honesty as the locality is resident oriented.
Further, it is suggested such cornering of material where schemes are announced bulk billing should be questioned.

Selling expired food items

I have purchased a mother dairy misti dojo on 23/07/2020. Unfortunately the food item was expired on 20/07/2020 but they were selling the item. When at home I checked the found that the item expired 3 days back. Immediately I visited the outlet and spoke to the store manager. He said by mistake the product was left in the rake. He asked the person to change the item. The person bring an other pack but the manufacture date was 5/07/2020, again he bringws twoacks, unfortunately 2 packs were 6/07/2020. When I asked the manager what's going on, he gone inside and bring a fresh one dated 17/07/2020. I failed to understand how can he sell the expired food item in this pandemic situation. Where hospital and doctors are not available. Please check this and take strict action against this store situated a pause area in Mumbai

complaint about charging extra and giving wrong product

Actually yesterday on 10/05/2020 we went to sahakari bhandar, king circle. We purchased one 500 g Amul butter but they charge for two. Even we didn't purchased any pain relief spray but they added that in bill.
Apart from this we purchased 25g tukda basmati rice but after going back home we saw rice sample is different tht we hv order.

abuse language and behaviour towards ladies

Shakari bhandar worli narayan pujari nagar the manager prassana sinkar has abusive langauge towards ladies that too when i had just gone inside the store in queue i was the 3 rd customer inside he was fighting and telling me to go out of the store this store belonged to consumer co operative society before take over by reliance we are1 of the share holders of the society

no proper timing of the branch

Latest incident date is 31/03/2020.
Since on the entrance it's written that the shop remains open till 11.00 pm, it is usually working for only about 3 to 4 hours that too in the morning only. I'm talking about bandra east branch. Every time i inquire them, they reply me that 'there is limitation of staff' which i think is false. Kindly look into the matter as people are visiting the shop but are forced to go back. Atleast they should have mentioned their proper working time and days.

Instead of calling the clients by sir madam... This guys r abusive & even trying man handling... Straight off asking customers not to come if we dont tolerate their attitude or behavior... Shameless creature doesn't understand the need of the crises... Sorry but the management is very sad... I think they need to shut down... I abolished sahakari bhandaar vasai west branch...

This is to inform you about the sahakari bhyandar at dadar west has very poor customer service regarding the cash counters there are 15 - 20 cash counters how evere all of them are not open it's very few that's open rest all is closed in which it couse delay to all the customers. The attitued of the staff's working here is dam rued hope this should be taken care as soon as possible because it's festival season now. Least not the last improve the staff's language please

The manager of your j b nagar store does not know the rule about face mask .the govt of india has specifically informed that healthy people should avoid wearing face mask, but he insist everyone should, he shouts at them, his threatens them is very rude kindly make note and reprimand him or i will take escalate the complaint
