I had 55 points in my earlier physical Sahakari Bazaar card issued by your Agar Bazaar branch. I was told that there is no need of physical card as the points will be attached with the phone number registered by me I. E. [protected]. But when I came for redemption the message was giving points under physical card seperately. As the same was destroyed at branch as per instruction of your staff I am not able to get redemption of Rs. 55/-. I has given complaint with your branch on 29.3.21 and at that time manager, Mr. Tushar Sawant, mob. [protected] informed that due to server problem today points are not able to adjust but he promised to do the same on my next visit but due to lockdown and limited hours I was not able to redeem the points. But on 12. 6.21 he refused to redeem the amount. I am Sr. Citizen and unnecessarily I am deprived of the above amount and harassed. Even when I am asking for complaint book. Some book is given which many times is not available at customer helpdesk and in that book nobody is writing any comments I. E it is not complaint book which nobody bathers to refer from management side. And no response is given on our complaints. Hence I request to provide proper complaint book which is checked regularly and proper review of the same.
Also arrange for redemption of points of Rs 55/- of physical card which I am is deprives by negligence of your staff.
