I had been to shakari bhandar in September 2022 during billing at the POS I did a UPI transaction for which the amount was deducted but as per the team they din received the amount I made another payment using my wife's phone and I thought the first amount I'll get it reversed back in my account but it din happened so I went to sahakari bhandar after a week the took my compliant and said we will check and revert back after few days I was told yes we have received 2 payments and said we will refund one amount back since then I have been chasing my refund of 2217 it's been 9 months now . The store supervisor Mr Raj I have attached the msg screenshot jus keeps telling me give me 2 days I'll get it done after calling again he says sorry jus more days this is happening for months now I have visited the store 3 times but no solution to it I also asked let me shop for the amount don't give me refund but they denied for that and when ever I call he seems to think that we can't do anything is this the after sales service we get.
