I am a senior citizen and have been shopping at your borivali west branch, at lic colony regularly. Since long. Sameway
I visited the branch on 12.10.2017 at about 6 pm. As i was carrying some goods purchased outside with me, i wanted
To keep my bag outside before entering the store. Hence i asked the your staff manning vegetable counter at that
Time, who was idle, where to keep my bag. The concerned staff who was continuously engaged in personal chatting
On his mobile, rudely opened his trouser pocket and showed me, implying i can keep my bag in his pocket, without
Uttering anything. Subsequently when i asked him once again he showed me the place. Though this place was known
To me, initially i could not see it as lot of diwali stock was arranged by ts side. After finishing my shopping, while leaving
The store i enquired with the concerned staff, who was still engaged in his mobile chatting, why he showed me his
Trouser pocket, when i enquired about the place to keep my bag, without replying my query, he said and showed me the
Way to exit.. When i asked him his name he nonchalantly said "my name is yogesh""
While most of your staff at borivali west branch are friendly and courteous, i found the behaviour of mr yogesh was
Highly rude and arrogant. Incidentally all this discussion happened in marathi. You would agree that such staff invariably
Bring bad name and tarnish the image of the establishment.
I therefore request you to discipline this staff with suitable and appropriate action i also request you to keep me
Informed of the developments
