Complaint against sahara city homes, chandigarh. Flat booked at chd in 2003 with 5% advance booking amt. For 2 bedroom + penthouse for 22.22 lacs and balance 95% was to be given in instalments after allotment letter, not allotted till date, i filed case
In consumer forum-1, chd in 2007, decision came in my favour but still not complied with court decision, then again i filed case in may, 2014 in same court for non-compliance of orders of 2008, in this case judge sir kept the same decision pending in 2014 bcoz their
Tricky and clever advocates gave an affidavit on court that our head mr. Subrat sahara is in jail and supreme court has restricted us, sahara grp., to deal in banks and property with any customer and also submitted the supreme court decision of 4th june, 2014 and also gave affidavit that sahara city homes also came in sahara grp.. So after seeing all these affidavit and s. C decision our consumer forum judge cinedye our case and kept the decision pending in dec.2014. Still same position —
1. When shoud i request the forum to reopen my case???.

Please help in allotment of flat or my payment return with interest and heavy penalty because i have spend my life's 16 important years in this issue and now prices are very high from that time.
