Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Limited — Non payment of money on maturity

Respected Sir / Madam,
I have deposited this amount Rs. 77700/- on 15/06/2012 in the F.Y. 2012-13. Now it is matured and i have contacted with local office at Ujjain (A copy of letter to pay the matured amount of Deposit and deposit receipt No. [protected] Account No. [protected] invested in SAHARA E SHINE scheme of SAHARA) annexed herewith .But they told me that they are unable to pay the maturity amount, as they don't have funds & their higher authorities not sending the funds to pay the depositors. I had deposited this sum in anticipation that for higher studies this money will help me. I have to deposit college fees for my higher study. So please help me in this matter to return my deposit money from SAHARA, So I could deposit my college fee .
