Now my problem is that whenever i am trying to claim my matured amount the Manager of Sahara India Branch-Sandila Hardoi, -241204, is asking to convert the money to F-1/F-2 Scheme. But unfortunately i need this amount to make an operation to my Brother as he is ill. So, i am expecting from you to take necessary action from your end,
