Dear Sir/Madam, This is Dr.Kavindra Kumar Singh from Ballia. My sister Ms.Indu Devi is an account holder of Sahara and she was depositing her money in Sahara ULIQUEE plan. Due to some urgent work, she wants to withdraw her money but Sahara Branch Manager, Lalganj (Code: 2419) Mr Vinod Kumar Tripathi is not releasing her Chq and asking for Rs.5000/- to releasing that chq. For your kind information Lalganj Sahara Branch is far from my place around 30 km and fare comes around Rs.50/- per day. Last 10 days I'm visiting to Brach and communicating with Branch Manager on phone but every time he is giving different excuses. The above mentioned investments were made 10.5 years with maturity value of 7 times of the original amount invested. Although the above investments were matured on 31st May 2014 and 6th June 2014, but the same has not been processed for payment till date although all the required documents has already been submitted at the office. I have personally visited many times at the Sahara Office, but got no positive response. Please take necessary action at the earliest possible and confirm. Sir, I Ghanshyam Sharma, of Vill-Jatkauli, PO-Dharampur, Distt- Vaishali, Bihar invested a sum of Rs. 50, 000/- (in 5x 10, 000/- Sahara Rajat Yojana scheme) on 31 July 2005 in Saraiya Branch of Sahara Distt Muzaffarpur and the maturity was due on 31 Jul 2015, but due to urgency the request for premature withdrawal was submitted on 09 Jun 2014 which was approved by the sanctioning authority on 16 Jun 2014 but after that even after my regular visit to Branch and telephonic conversation with Branch Manager, no amount has been handed over to me. Due to non receipt of amount I have to pay an interest of 10% per month to a person from whom i have taken loan to meet my urgent requirement. Irresponsible behaviour of Branch Manager, Sahara Branch Saraiya, Distt Muzaffarpur, compelling me to go to consumer Form Court for justice. Before taking any legal action, I wanted to knock the right door for a ray of help.I am waiting for a week for your cooperative response from Sahara Parivar.

Dear Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Ranjana Devi Podder, am the holder of 10 units of fully paid up bonds "SAHARA T" of Rupees One thousand each in the company "Sahara India Pariwar".The said units were purchased by me on 30th September 2002 & were matured on 30th September 2012.When I visited the Sahara India office of Duliajan, Assam for the redemption of same, I was told that it was not registered in their system & they needed some time to look into the matter.The manager of Duliajan branch office was completely unhelpful in this matter & did not even give the mail id to me for complaining regarding the matter.Its been more than one year since I have been waiting but I have still not got the maturity amount of Rs 30, 000.The details of said document are: Name-Ranjana Devi Podder. I had booked a flat in Jaipur Sahara City Homes in 2005. I have already paid the full amount for the value of this flat about 2 years back. They charged high interest rate for even 2-3 days delay in check clearing from the instalment due date. Now they are sitting on the full amount for over 2 years and there has been no news of when we can expect possession of this flat. Several visits to their site does not get any satisfactory answers. I am now not sure when we can expect to get either our hard earned money back or get possession of the flat with SAME RATE of interest paid by Sahara for the delay in possession after taking FULL AMOUNT of the flat from us 2 years back. i had invested rs.10000/- on 31.07.1999. After deduction on matured amount, i got the amount in the month of november 2013. Till date, TDS credit not appears in my 26AS details. Kindly do the needfull at the earliest, as i have to file the income tax return.

I am started monthly deposit rs.200 in each a/c from 17.02.2009 in two name and matured the same is on 17.02.2014. Details are as under:

Sir, I Dattatraya M. Joshi opened an R.D. Account in Sahara India Real Estate Corporation Ltd under Real Estate Bond vide Account No.[protected] on[protected] with a monthly denomination of Rs.500/- and I am paying monthly installment regularly till february. As on February 2014 Rs.18000/- amount is deposited by me in the said account. On 6th March 2014 I requested for loan on my above said account at Bijapur Branch. The Branch head put forward the loan demand request to concerned office on[protected]as per the statment given by Bijapur Branch Head). But till now i.e., 1st April 2014 there is no response from any body. After asking to Bijapur Branch Manager often & often, he told we have send the demand to command office. No advice received. Hence due to my urgency today I have spoken to Hyderabad[protected] someone lady spoken me with irresponsible. When a customer calling to you with all details, you should give proper response and should advise him to solve his problem, when you are sitting in responsible post. After submitting the documents to sahara india branch rohtas bihar (1345) and repeated visits the manager says to avoid the claim. Neither the branch manager nor any agent seems to be taking positive response. We are in need of the claim. The submission date of the document to the branch is 25 august 2005. Kindly resolve the issue

But no information regarding payment of the maturity value or any communication has yet been received from Sahara India Pariwar. I had invested Rs.15000/-(rs.Fifteen Thousand only) in the Name of my wife, Rekhaben Atulkumar Mehta on dated[protected] viz reciept number [protected] and a/c no.[protected] in ved road, Surat, Gujarat branch though my agent Mr.Hemant Mehta, ( branch code no 5186) under the branch manager Mr.Arvind Nariya, (Ved Road F.C.).But I am very sorry to inform the company about it's neglegancy, it is unubale to issue me its reciept after the 18 months have passed away.I had a telephonic talk with the branch manager about it, but i surprised as Mr Arvind Nariya told me that many investors have the same problem as me.I worried, about the neglegancy of your company.
Now I regretfully inform the company to look after this case.Presently as per reumor your company is not in a good condition and at the same time, if your company is unable to satisfy its customer, than no one will invest in your company.So please let me inform How much time it will take to issue me my certificate.
If your company will not issue me my certi within 7 days, i will give this articles to the newspaper.
So try to issue me my certificate very soon before 7 days, either ready to accept what i can do.

I had booked a 2 bedroom flat with Sahara City homes, Nagpur in summer-2008. The company site office sales people had committed to complete the construction in 2 years period. However till date they are unable to provide any fix date of possession..
In last 6 years myself/ my family member have visisted the site office many times, however in every visit the assurance is given for completion by next 2 years.. The completion date is constantly dragging & till date Sahara is unable to provide any firm date..
Kindly advise on the legal action if any we may take so that such frauds can be stopped further & similar sufferers can get benefited.
