[Resolved] Sahara India — No response on possession of flat in Sahara City Homes Jaipur | |||
I had booked a flat in Jaipur Sahara City Homes in 2005. I have already paid the full amount for the value of this flat about 2 years back. They charged high interest rate for even 2-3 days delay in check clearing from the instalment due date. Now they are sitting on the full amount for over 2 years and there has been no news of when we can expect possession of this flat. Several visits to their site does not get any satisfactory answers. I am now not sure when we can expect to get either our hard earned money back or get possession of the flat with SAME RATE of interest paid by Sahara for the delay in possession after taking FULL AMOUNT of the flat from us 2 years back. Hi
I have also booked my 2BHK Flat in Sahara and there is no constriction on site. Salaries are not paid to employees and projects seems into mess. I think we should go into court and filed the complaint collectively .
Pls let me know if your are interested to file the complaint and also you have any another booking owner details also.

We book flat in sahara in 2005 and advance we give 2, 50, 000 then our monthly installment start from 2011 and complete in 2014 but still we can't get anything from sahara citi homes company. you have to file a cunumer complant in cunjumer court to take your money with compansation

But the construction has not started till date, i have deposited approx rs 4 lakhs and from 2010 my bank loan of 10 lakhs has been sanctioned, interest of which is increasing rapidly. I have contacted the sahara officials many times but have not got any satisfactory response.I have filed a case in consumer court
I got news today that about one fourth of the property is sold to another builder without giving us a prior information
