Sahara India Pariwar — After maturity of certificate - amount still not credit

Respected sir,

I am Vineeta Sen w/o Mr. Bhagwat Prasad Sen, having 4 F2 SAHARA A SELECT (A/c no / Membership No : [protected]) & Receipt No : [protected], [protected], [protected] 7 [protected] .Its maturity date is on 28/11/2019. After the maturity of my account i am still not getting my money. Its almost 16 months after the maturity of my account and i am still waiting of my money.

Due to some family health problems I need money on urgent basis.
Kindly find attached certificate details.
