Hi i am uma kanchi, aged 67, I have deposited 25000 in sahara india and now am about to receive the maturity amount, i have visited the branch, no one responds i asked to give atleast the deposited amount and no one is responding asking me to come the next day every single time i visit what is this am not able to understand I am a senior citizen cant travel so many times... My only request is to give the deposited amount atleast

It has been two years matured scheme has not been credited . Please help me out

Sub: Complaint against the builder developer for non –compliance of order of the Adjudicating Officer RERA passed on[protected].

Dear Sir
I have filed a case against the Sahara Prime city Tonk Road Jaipur case No. RERA-C[protected] in 2018 for non-allotment of the Flat which I got transferred from Vibhuti Ghadoliyaand paid the entire amount of Rs. 2707000/- (Rs. Twenty Seven Lakhs and seven thousand) on various dates starting from[protected]. The flat was to be allotted in 2012. I therefore cleared all the payments and waiting for allotment but when he did not allotted me the flat I filed a complaint referred above in RERA Raj.
RERA transferred this case to the Adjudicationg Officer who gave its order on[protected] for refund of the whole amount paid by me with interest of 9.3% per annum from the date of payment of various instalments.
After receiving the order I send emails to whatever address was available on net but the Builder has not responded nor did they obey the order of the Tribunal.
Kindly look into this matter and do the needful so I may get the refund with interest.

I have deposited Rs.256450/- in Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society Ltd of Sahara India at their Sector Office at Berhampur in my wife' s name Smt Sunita Rani Patro The deposits are matured since 31.03.2021. But the maturity proceeds are not paid to me. I am approaching the Sahara India Sector office in every 15 days interval.But every time the officials of Sahara India are asking to wait for some more time....

My request to Sahara family. It has been more than 1.5 years since my fixed deposition (GOLDEN 24) was completed. And haven't found it yet. We are not getting correct information about getting money from your branch manager.

May I know this? When can I get my money? And why is it taking so long?

Because our faith is rising from the Sahara family.

Please give the completed money as soon as possible so that the trust between us remains.

I wish to bring your honorable kind attention towards my concern regarding my maturity payment in Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Ltd . My above mentioned accounts in Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Ltd. has been matured but could not get my payment till date.The Branch Manager of local office is insisting me to reinvest the amount but I have an urgent need of money. My father Mr. R.S. Sharma had invested quite a good amount in many RDs, FDs and LICs with Sahara India Pariwar on his as well as other immediate family member's name. Almost all the accounts that he holds had been matured in the year 2018, 2019; but till date we did not get a single penny despite raising the issue.

The agent who was taking care of the same, Mr Bhola Prasad Dwivedi and the branch head Mr. Anand Jha neither picks up the call nor responds to the queries. We had already submitted all the documents/papers that needed to be submitted to get the amount from our matured accounts.

I hereby request you to kindly provide me with the details of our matured accounts; whether the money is issued to the agent or not.

But we didn't get any amount even after completing the maturity date(already completed in 2017)

We don't even know, from where to track these documents and to which branch to contact for the same
we are struggling a lot for getting our investment back but all the efforts are in vain, because noone in any branch is telling us the exact details about anything

Kindly help us, as we are facing financial crisis and is struggling for small small things
