Sahara India Pariwar — claim for maturity

Dear sir/madam, i have deposited rs.10000/- against receipt no. [protected] dated 14/08/2003 towards sahara rajat yojna with application no:[protected] pass book no: 25300. The account was opened at jagdalpur chhatishgarh branch, falls under the region of raipur with control no-[protected]. As per the term (I. E; 10 years) it got matured on 14/08/2013. However i surrender the same but the original document was returned to me with the impression that the same could not be released.. Please let me know how i am going to submit the same and where i have to go for submitting the documents for the maturity.. Kindly inform me, my mob.
