Dear sir,
My brother took a plan from sahara india account number [protected] as a recurring deposit and it was matured on 2017 after that branch converted the whole sub into fd (As per branch manager). But no document has been given.
When i informed about my brother incident they said submit the affidavit and death certificate we will reissue the same in the month of jan-19.
Since then branch manager is not picking my phone and when i visits the branch staff says he is not available pls come after few days.
Request you to kindly take a not and resolve my issue asap
