Sahara India Pariwar — have not received my money as my policy has been matured 2 years before

Dear sir,

My name is touseef, i'm a regular investor in sahara since 2004. I invested 60, 000 rupees as an fd in 2011, when it got matured, service representative of sahara told me that they're having a lack of amount, so i should fix my money (1, 20, 000) and he'll give my payment after completing that fd, which was gonna matured in march-2018.
Now my fd got matured again in march-2018, but the sahara people are continue saying that they don't have money to give my payment.

Please tell me what to do now.
