Sahara India Pariwar — how to get mature money for a lost bond/fd certificate for a fixed deposit.

I have taken a fixed deposit worth rupees 10000 on 14.06.2011 for 96 months, which was matured on 14.06.2019. But fd crticicate cum bond is missing.
How can i claim the matured amount 22640/-.
