I am writing to raise a grievance regarding the non-receipt of my maturity payment.
I had invested Rupees Four Lakhs Fifty Thousand (Rs. 4, 50, 000) on 17th August 2020 in Sahara's Humara India Credit Cooperative Society Limited under the scheme - GOLDEN 24 (24 months Fixed Deposit plan).
According to this scheme's certificate and receipt, It has matured 6 months ago on 17th August 2022,
and I was supposed to receive a maturity amount of Rupees Five Lakhs Forty-Seven Thousand Twenty (Rs 5, 47, 020) as maturity payment. However, despite the date has passed, I have not received the payment yet.

The office at Authorised centre in Bhelatand, Dhanbad, Jharkhand is closed from several months and the Authority Mr. Shailendra Kumar Sinha is not picking up phone calls on his contact- [protected].
I request you to kindly look into this matter and take necessary action to ensure that the maturity payment is made to me at the earliest. I would also appreciate it if you could provide me with a clear and detailed explanation of the reason for the delay, and the steps being taken to rectify the issue.
