Sahara India Pariwar — it has been one year, we are not able to get matured amount

It is totally unfair that even after the matured date under "q shop plan - h", we are not able to get the amount. We tried contacting our agent and he is totally harsh to us saying the company is in loss and we will not be paid till next three years.
Kindly resolve it as soon as possible.
When will be getting amount.
We trusted you and now it's your turn to show your trust.
