Sahara India Pariwar — Non payment of matured Fd worth 14 lakhs

My fd initial amount 10 lacs deposited to Bokaro Branch code 1115 in 31 st December 2018 for 18 months ie due for payment 30 th June 2020.Till then we are pursuing for payment.
Recently it was officially demanded from their H.O.and all ten certificates a/c no [protected],
to 587 each of Rs.one lac submitted with all payment formalities with my application of request for making payment at concerned branch.Inspite of making payment they sent for approval to their Regional office and then to Zonal office by letter no.1147 dt 11th Oct, 2021.
Still payment not done.
