Against your SILCHAR branch, ASSAM

I had invested some amount with your lumding branch in june-2000 which was matured in june-2014 and the maturity amount of rs.3.00 lac was transferred to your silchar branch. However, being unable to make payment, b. M. Convinced me and reinvested rs.1.00 lac for long term. The remaining amount of rs.2.00 lac was invested for a period of one year under “sahara. A. Select”, being certificate nos[protected] &[protected], for rs.1.00 lac each which were assured to be paid to me on maturity in dec’2015. Since then, i have been running after them and having made several assurances, i have not been paid any amount as yet. They last promised me to pay rs.1.00 lac by 30th nov’17 but to no avail.

What about my complaint dt 06.01.2018, no response has yet been received by me. you assured of resolving the matter at the earliest, but even after elapsing 24 days you are reluctant to resolve my issue. I once again request you to take the matter seriously since my patience has been running out.
