Sahara India Pariwar — non receival of amount after the maturity

Hi,
This is regarding policy no [protected] (amount-101498/-) on the name of Savitri Devi. This policy got matured in Nov 18 however amount has not been transferred yet. Agent has been providing excuses on continuous basis.

Extermely bad experience from Sahara India. Hope this will be heard on this platform.

I have two Monthly RD which is matured in May 2019 (Ac No.[protected] but i have not received my matured amount yet. Please give me update regarding the same.
