Sahara India Pariwar — not getting maturity amount

Sir,
Myself apurba saikia of vill - bamparbatia, tezpur, sonitpur, assam. I opend an daily recurring policy in your company on decmber-2013 at mission chariali, tezpur. But sir, after 9 months of maturity i am not getting my money. Company branch manager gopal das said that amount not issued by the higher authority. And he always expreeses new problem when i meet him. Generally he seldom comes to his office. Please do help me
