Sahara India Pariwar — not getting refund after 1.5 years of maturity in 5 years rd plan of sahara india credit cooperative society ltd

Dear sir/mam

We would like to take your attention towards this issue, that we have deposit 1000/- every month for last 5 years in you 5 years rd plan, which maturity date has been gone 1.5 years ago (I. E., december-2016). But still we had not received any amount from the same, we have done enough struggle for our refund but the result is zero although your agent (Geeta) is telling us to make fd of that amount but we don't wanna do this we just want our money back.

Please help us to get our refund as soon as possible. The needed details is given below:-
