My name is narender kumar and i would like to inform you that i have been trying to withdraw mine and my father rd amount from last 2 month rd account [protected] and [protected]. Branch address is wz-10 jot ram market palam new delhi-110045 and center code is 2696. Both the account was started on[protected] and it was a 60 month rd policy but according to policy the amount got matured 2 months ago that is on[protected] but amount not credited till date. I visited the office thrice in oct month with all required document but every time i got a new excuse from agent virender singh. I visited bank on[protected] and spoken the concerned with branch manager ranjan dubey but did not get any positive response from his side but the most shocking and surprising thing was that he told me to visit bank on 5th nov 2017 to check the status i asked him is the bank open on sunday? He told policy amount return after time period 45 days. But I want early amount.
