Subject: The site is not allowing me to edit while going to resubmission option.
Sir,
I have applied for refund of my claim from Sahara India of my different policies and deposits but it has been rejected saying error as “ your claim do not match with the record provided by sahara India portal”
The portal reply is saying please provide correct account number.
The portal is having an edit button facility but while clicking on edit button it is showing pop-up error as “The details provided by depositor has not matched with the society database/record provided by the society (Name/ Membership/Account No. etc) orthe deposit has matured after 31 March 2023.”
I have tried contacting customer support toll free number[protected] /[protected] /[protected] / [protected] but they always keep on line for hours and hours and not getting any resolution.
I have deposits of around more than 2.5lakhs in 6 different deposit schemes.
I am attaching the receipt of different deposits.
Kindly take action at your end at the earliest and resolve the issue as our family is in need of fund for medical purpose.
