The customers can't tolerate this kind of ignoring behaviour for them and use abusive language towards their agent which is mentally and sometimes physically harrase them. Sir, agents have worked for the company loyally for so many years and in return whatever they are getting is just pathetic. Through this complaint i just want to draw your attention towards such kind of nuisance that is ruining the rapport of company and self respect of an agent. Sir, this is the high time to take necessary steps regarding this mismanagement.
