Sahara India Pariwar — Release of maturity amount

I have purchased bond from sahara india amount of Rs.10000 and the purchase date is 23/072015. The maturity date is 23/07/2021. After the amount matured i have visited office for release of my amount but the office staff saying that we can't release the amount. I have requested many times but they are not listening my request which is important now in this Covid situation.
