Sahara India Pariwar — Sahara Swarna Yojna money not refunded after 16 years

My uncle deposited Rs. 3L on[protected] vide DD No. 978937 dt[protected] on Syndicate Bank, Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi-60 under Sahara Swarna Yojna (Najaf Garh Branch - 1806) and got the necessary receipt for the same. My uncle is almost 80 years now. During this period he used to follow up with the Company official and he was assured that the money will be refunded soon, but till date nothing has been refunded.
