They have not uploaded the Account opening form/Membership form on the CRCS refund portal. They have given either fake certificates or there is discrepancy in the data of their offices as there is mismatch in Name of the society, mismatch in receipt number, mismatch in Membership number. To rectify all this one needs a physical location to go to but none of them exist anymore. Since nowhere to go this is last option remaining. As there isn't any government website that could do this. Here is some of the details.
