Sahara India Pariwar — Tenure complete but claim not settled

I did some deposit in shara india for some tenure and now tenure is completed, but unfortunately I am not getting my money back. Whenever I am going to sahara office(local office nearby my city) manager saying we don't have a fund so we are not able to settle your claim. Please help
