To whom it may concern,
I would like to bring this into your notice that there is a complaint pending since one month and till now there is no proper update when and how it is going to resolved.
We opened one account under a scheme and now when the scheme is over we are unable to withdraw that amount because we were not given any passbook or bond by our executive ms. Tapsya panday, and now she has left the office. The only thing i have few slip of depositing the premium.
When a month back on 28/8/2018 i went to the respective office (3830, 2nd flr, pataudi house road, darya ganj, delhi - 110002, lal kothi) to know the details how much amount and how i can withdraw that amount. I got the response from mohammad afaq bakshi (Employee there) that system is down, you submit 02 slip of premium will inform you once system work again. (Maximum time i was told is one week)
I made three calls since then but no resolution as of 05th october 2018. I request you please provide some assistance or help in this matter.
