We booked a flat in Sahara City homes Jaipur, the flat is not ready, doesn't fulfil the requirements of possession promised and now when we approach them they say we can't say anything. They offered a scheme where they said they will return our money with interest as they could not provide us the flat, we just to cancel the booking and they will transfer the money via scheme in form of bonds/FD and will keep them blocked for 3/5 yrs what we choose and we initiated the process they are denying to fulfil even this and we are stuck.
