I booked 10 grams gold on18/01/2013 by advance payment of rs.18, 438/- through receit no.[protected] in the office of the sahara q gold mart limited at barrackpore (2424). This transaction was made through agent of the barrackpore branch sikha saha. As per the advace booking of gold 10 grams of gold or its market value is payable on 18/01/2018. On the schduled date i applied through the agent with verbal intimation to the branch manager for payment of matured value not in gold but in cash as cash is needed to continue treatment of my husband. Till today i have not got the matured value in spite of several assurances from the branch manager. Kindly arrange for payment. - shila saha, wirelesspara, barrackpore, pin - 700122.
