I've booked from Sahara Q gold bank of Booked gold quantity 32 gm (22 Karat ) with the Booked Gold value of Rs.92160/- (Ninty two thousands one hundred and Sixty rupees ) on dated 31/07/2012 with Receipt Number: [protected] against form number[protected].
I've not received any gold quantity which I've booked as above.

I'm a Sr. Citizen resident of India with age 80+ and suffering multiple health issues. Kindly help me to get it so that I can support my financial due to me health issues.

I invested in sahara q gold scheme in 2012. Maturity year of same was 31/05/2018.
On maturity time i claimed for my amount, but manager gurgaon branch did not give money.
They told me that they have no money, they did misbehavoiur with me, and told they will not give money, do whatever u want to do

I am facing problem in this situation, please suggest me what will i do in this circumstance.

I booked 10 grams gold on18/01/2013 by advance payment of rs.18, 438/- through receit no.[protected] in the office of the sahara q gold mart limited at barrackpore (2424). This transaction was made through agent of the barrackpore branch sikha saha. As per the advace booking of gold 10 grams of gold or its market value is payable on 18/01/2018. On the schduled date i applied through the agent with verbal intimation to the branch manager for payment of matured value not in gold but in cash as cash is needed to continue treatment of my husband.
