Sir, I have invested Rs 25000/- in Saharayn universal multipurpose society on 31.12.2015, for period of 5 years 4 months. The amount matured on 30.04.2021. The maturity amount of Rs 50000/- has still not been received by me. My Certificate No is[protected] & Receipt no is [protected] & Membership no is[protected]. Kindly help in getting my maturity amount.

While I go to the concerned office, they are saying that It may take time. Please wait. I am very needful to take it back but they are not listening me.

Kindly help me to take this muturity amount of Rs.69, 000/- which has written by them on the receipt having certificate No.[protected] from the above said company I am also attaching the copy of certificate issued by your organisation to me. Please find attachment herein.

After maturity on 9/12/2018, we were asked to submit an application regarding the redemption along with the original bonds to the concerned branch. The manager of this branch has been saying he will give the maturity amount but till today, he has only been postponing dates. Even the agents just say they'll see but till now, everyone has been ignoring the requests even after multiple applications.

Kindly, with all due respect, please look over the matter and help to recover the amount. You can find the photocopy of bonds attached:

“Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society” during the year 2018 amounting Rs.114400 ( 4 Policy taken of Rs. 28600.00 each- one in her name ( Smt. Meera Devi) and Nominee is in my name - Ravi Ranjan, which were require to redeem in the year 2021 with the interest rate of the value.
When she went for redemption in Sahara office, Manner, Danapur region.They said, it will take time.
She need money on urgent basis because her daughter having marriage on 5th june 2022.
Redemption period had been over, but branch is refusing to release my payment. The detail of my policy is given below:

Hi Team,
I have invested an amount in your product and the maturity date was 15/12/2020
I have been trying reaching out for the same and unable to contact the concerned team. However, I am writing this complaint in respective for the FD ([protected]) which started on 07.02.2012 and the maturity date was 07.02.2020, invested amount is Rs.5000 and maturity value is Rs.13060 and another invested amount of Rs. 12100 whose maturity value is Rs. 23783 for the membership number[protected], certificate no[protected] and receipt number [protected] by the name Shashi.
Please look into this matter on an urgent basis and get this sorted
Please do the needful else the last step that I have is going to consumer court and file a case for fraud.

The scheme got matured in 2021 but after so much visits to the company 's office there was no response in fact they told us we are shut and we cannot help you .
