We "Welcome Enterprise" were approached by tradeindia employee named "Ujjwal Tyagi" and then he had arrange a meet via zoom to his senior "Ravi Singh". We agreed for 1 year service of Trade India including a website for Rs. 33, 333.00/1 Year. For web site making we have to give the content. We had given advance payment of Rs. 20, 000/- via online transfer on 22/09/2023. They had form a whatsapp group and assure us to solve any issues within...

Please stop your automated calls asking for loan, if we need we will take it... and so irritation on your daily repeated calls... morning and evening and not even able to delete my account... do we have any regulation from TRAI ? how to file a complaint

I have purchase cashew and almond from kiran traders proprietor kailesh bhai, dev nagar, chopasani housing board jodhpur- 342008, rajshtan. Mobile- [protected], e mail- [protected]@gmail.Com via tradeindia.Com on payment made in advance 11900.00 on 26.10.2023. But the goods has not been received as yet. Pls note followings. Below are my complaints and not getting any reply on my complaints.

1. When and How many times Your representative visited us since September 2022?
2. Since my continous Approach to Tradeindia from April 2023, why no one has visited us to solve our problem?
3. Who did changes in my Key Words, due to which we didnt received correct inquiries? Majority discontinued products inquiries appeared, Why?
4. Why after sending multiple request to contact RM through TI Dashboad API, none of TI authority concerned to contact us?
5. Why after having written escalation by Hadeep singh, none of TI authority has contacted us and not resolved our problem? It's more than 74 Days of written escalation gone but none of TI Authority tried to contact us?

Further we also requested, to give us 5 months extension in our expiry date as none of TradeIndia RM was not visited us since last 12+ months except Rahul Parmar visit dated on 23rd Sept 2023, due to which our product catalouge is not updated correctly and received majority irrelecant leads (almost 90%) of total flow. After my discussion with hardeep, he confirme me that someone will visit immediately but still none of TI staff visited us and they visited us directly on 23rd Sept, 2023. We never get reply on our complaints and always received twisted talks ovee call, so request you to kindly intervene and provide rsokution which can compensate our time, resources and investment loss.

We took their plan as sellers in delhi.
For that we had meeting with Mr. Jayant branch manager their on 3rd may 2023. as promised to make our services active within 5 to 6 days after payment of 1 lakh and not recieved all services yet and claiming their amount o 63000 rs which is said to be paid by us after the activation of all our services. never replies calls and messages

Had a very bad experience with TradeIndia.com. Thier online sales team committed to issue a GST tax invoice on recipt of my new GST number. They said we will book business on 31st March but will raise tax invoice on receipt of my new GST number in April. Till date after 45/50days tbey are not able to provide GST Tax invoice.
And catalogue work is also pending as per the changes required by me. Absolutely pathetic after sales service. After sales no one is picking up the the phone or replying in whats app.
New people should be very careful while dealing with TradeIndia.com.

I had taken a Digital Business Solution package & paid Rs.49000/- against their proforma invoice. I told them my GST number(shared TRN number) is applied & waiting for it l. They said don't worry, we will not show it a 31st March sale, we will just book the deal & issue a tax invoice on receipt of your new firm's GST number in April. Till date after 45/50days...i have neither received the GST tax invoice & the catalogue changes are also pending. Even changingbthe template id & theme id was done after intervention by Cust Care & not by the ones who committed it. Nobody in Online sales team replying to calls & whats app messages. Hosted the catalogue with wrong template theme, without logo & some crucial details without my APPROVAL. New clients must think twice before clsing a deal with Online Sales team. For dealing with Offline team, keep some of their valuable in mortgage which you can return them, once the comitted services are delivered as the staff keeps on changing. My account manager who visited me & i exolained the problem was changed after two days. Now, again i hav to keep on explaining to different people. TAKE THE CATALOGUE AT YIUR IWN RISK

I have paid 41500. empoly of trade india person convience me take a one year package sir i will provide good leads and improve your business then i will said ok sir .i pay money with in two days but they not given good service .avoid calls .manager also didn't respond all fake inquries and calls .they persons cheat me.persons names ramesh and Mirza manager.dont believe this person when they call to u.i want refund my money...

We Goel grih udhyog, gorakhpur, up, India had Made payments for Website through TradeIndia and Committed time was 10 days. In november we paid money of RS18000 NOVEMBER 2022. Till date we didn’t get service from there and THEY ASK FOR MORE MONEY of RS15000. They denied for refund money and force to give us another service. Employee of this company and TradeIndia both fraud. They comes many times for visit to sell their services by employee ajit tripathi and komal akharia. After Received money no one is responding. We want our refund and want to stop our service as we didn’t get service from them. They don’t have professional team for making such good websites. By name of service they looting customers. This company is really fake by name of service to the customer.

They are following me since january 2022 for taking their product. but i did not take their services because of lake of fund. and i was thinking this service is very expensive than other company like indiamart.
after the 1 year follow back they convinced me for their product at very reasonable cost Rs18000. after i have done payment they ask for more money after that discussion i ready to pay Rs 7000 more.
they promise to me they will give all services and i will get very much more customers than indiamart.
but after payment they ask for more money of Rs 20000. i did not able to pay this payment i tell them.
but i did not get any customer till now from 5 months.

We had taken TradeIndia website service in account of Krishna International Overseas. This company charged 20000 as basic and remain in Emi. Total package of 80000. We started this package in September 2022. Till date they didn’t made our website and everytime sending unprofessional links as they have unprofessional employees. Even anyone can make good website through internet compare to them. We had given complain many times to local employee...

We Krishna International Overseas, Surat, Gujarat, India had Made payments for Website through TradeIndia and Committed time was 1 month. In September we paid money and started installment in August 2022. Till date we didn’t get service from there and still they charging from us. They denied for refund money and force to give us another service. Employee of this company and TradeIndia both fraud. They comes many times for visit to sell their services by employee Vikas Badami. After Received money no one is responding. We want our refund and want to stop our Emi as we didn’t get service from them. They don’t have professional team for making such good websites. By name of service they looting customers. This company is really fake by name of service to the customer.

Tradeindia.com is a cheater. Please do not take subscription or Service of Tradeindia.com. I have taken tradeIndia.com subscription in the month of November, 2022 & till date I have not received a single enquiry as promised by the sales team. Tradeindia.com is a biggest cheater. I do not want to take the services now, So I want refund the full amount of Rs. 19840 and want to cancel this deal, as I am not interested to deal in present or further with Tradeindia.com.

In July 2022 I subscribed for basic exports leads package [ Trade India said it will provide unlimited export business leads through its portal which was priced at 1, 00, 300/- INR. It also offered me a loan through their lending team [ Trade India lending ].
Loan Amount : 83583 + down payment : 16716 with a tenure of 12 months.
In Aug 2022 Trade India sales team contacted me and pitched for another exports leads package [ termed as ‘Super bonanza’ package ] which was priced at 7, 50, 000/- .
They offered me a second loan for an amount of 5, 43, 290/- + down payment of 90, 000/- with tenure of 12 months. Also previous loan amount of 100300 was clubbed with this in order to cover 7.5 Lakhs cost for the super bonanza package.
I was promised that the package will be ready within a month and it’s just enough if I could cover the EMI with own funds for 1st EMI. I was told, from 2nd month onwards I will get considerable business conversions which will help me to close the loan in subsequent months / or pay the EMI without any financial burden on me.
But the super bonanza package wasn’t completed in the specified timeline as they promised. I paid 3 EMI’s hoping they will deliver presuming there is a delay.
After that I didn’t get their services delivered to cover the Emi to pay the loan offered by TI lending. Hence I asked for cancellation of their services and full refund in December. Till January first week 2023 my online catalogue was not even ready - I was pulled into 2 meetings by them asking for one more month’s time to complete their work.
Firstly super bonanza package is for only one year and they had dragged me for 6 months without providing their services.
I want full refund of the money that I paid to TI and cancellation of the loan.

I got TradeIndia basic plan on the 29th of Nov 2022 and it was approved for 25000 rupees including GST, 7000 I paid by account transfer, and remaining the amount of 18000 I paid by Credit card and Made 12 EMI(1500/month). after making payment I came to know that there are a lot of people were cheated by TradeIndia.com so I found a lot of complaints against TI, so I didn't give approval on mail to proceed my plan and I requested for refund as I didn't want to be helpless as others, then when my Credit card bill has generated, it was not in EMI, when I called to Indus bank customer care they told me that my EMI transactions details were not shared by Merchant(TI), and the bank asked me for Chargesheet of the transaction so they can make EMIs. on 22 Dec I called several time to SANDEEP YADAV(Sales Manager) but he didn't respond, Even I dropped my concern on his WhatsApp but he didn't respond. I also tried to connect with TI customer care but there is no option to connect with any representative after 2 days when I again msg him on WhatsApp he shares a Screenshot of a ZOOM meeting. I had to pay the full amount of my CC bill on the 26th of December as the last date was the 25th Dec. after the 28th Dec Sandeep Yadav Told me that he was busy in Meetings so he couldn't respond to me the I realize in this Company if a single person is busy in companies meeting then there is no any other option by which you can raise ur complaints or any other concern. on 6 Jan 2023, I sent mail and requested to refund of my money, and gave all my reasons after 2 days a Ma'am called me regarding my mail, and when I started to explain my case and issue she cut the call and didn't pick me to call. on 12th Dec again I got a call from tradeindia Team I explained all issues he gave me a TAT of 48 hrs but today 19th Dec and there is no response from Trade India. They are only Sale centric, not after-sales. after getting full payment there is no response from the Sales team, and backend team even their customer care is only for formality.
