Not able to claim Super BB Maturity Amount . Website and toll free number also not responding

I had invested my hard-earned money in Saharayn universal multipurpose Society Limited and its had been mature in year 2021 and still I didn't got any maturity payment till date.

I belong to the very poor family. And my poor family is deposited money in saharayn universal multi purpose society. And my maturity date is already completed but I have not received my money. Branch yet not payment. Or my money is not refunded. So please help me sir. My family is very poor. please refund my money in my bank account sir. Please 🙏🙏🥺🥺 please 🙏🥺🥺 sir refund my money. After maturity on 9/12/2018, we were asked to submit an application regarding the redemption along with the original bonds to the concerned branch. The manager of this branch has been saying he will give the maturity amount but till today, he has only been postponing dates. Even the agents just say they'll see but till now, everyone has been ignoring the requests even after multiple applications.

Kindly, with all due respect, please look over the matter and help to recover the amount. You can find the photocopy of bonds attached:

“Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society” during the year 2018 amounting Rs.114400 ( 4 Policy taken of Rs. 28600.00 each- one in her name ( Smt. Meera Devi) and Nominee is in my name - Ravi Ranjan, which were require to redeem in the year 2021 with the interest rate of the value.
When she went for redemption in Sahara office, Manner, Danapur region.They said, it will take time.
She need money on urgent basis because her daughter having marriage on 5th june 2022.
Redemption period had been over, but branch is refusing to release my payment. The detail of my policy is given below:

Since her daughter having marriage on 5th june 2022.Its urgent requirement for marriage ceremony.
she needs money to meet marriage expenses and to buy daily needs of lively hood.
She has gone lot of times for payment, but she founds disappointment only. Due to her age, and situation, I request you to please consider and release her payment as soon as possible by way of demand draft or any other mean .

I have invested an amount in your product and the maturity date was 15/12/2020
I have been trying reaching out for the same and unable to contact the concerned team. However, I am writing this complaint in respective for the FD ([protected]) which started on 07.02.2012 and the maturity date was 07.02.2020, invested amount is Rs.5000 and maturity value is Rs.13060 and another invested amount of Rs. 12100 whose maturity value is Rs. 23783 for the membership number[protected], certificate no[protected] and receipt number [protected] by the name Shashi.
Please look into this matter on an urgent basis and get this sorted
Please do the needful else the last step that I have is going to consumer court and file a case for fraud.

The company is not refunding matured amount.

I want to get my matured amount as soon as ready for payment with interest.

One of your Customer Mr.Muktikanta Parida invest money in Sahara India.Customer was dead on dated 01.01.2019.But till now company not refund with full & final settlement amount to Nominee.I had already complained to company about this, but no reply from their end.Another thing i want to know from RBI & SEBI how the organization continue with doing fraud like chit fund.Is there no rules & regulation for this type of fraud organization.

Hi sir, mam i would like to file a complaint on this company as the scheme started in year 2015 till 2021 . So in a 6 year period the company promised a double return on the invested amount. The scheme got matured in 2021 but after so much visits to the company 's office there was no response in fact they told us we are shut and we cannot help you . So my request is to help me get my total amount back plz

This is to inform you that my name is maya dey and I am one of your worker as well as contributer of your society . I have contributed approx one lakh rupees in your society past few years back. All those scheme in which I have invested are already matured few years back but I haven't received any amount from the centers. I m suffering for financial crisis and don't have enough money for livelihood .
It Is a heart warming request from all the CEO and OWNERS of this society to pay back my maturity amount as soon as possible.

And i have visited office many times but there staff not corporate and not understand my problem in COVID u support to every policy holder but i am very disappointed.

In 2013, my Mother M JAYANTI REDDY have made 4 polices[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and in 2017 amounting to an investment of INR 3.50 lakhs, we she went to get the maturity amount, the person at Saharayn officer renewed it further to 36 months under Super BB plane from 23/05/2018. The maturity date for the policies would be 23/04/2021.
But when we went multiple times to claim the maturity amount, the person at the desk mentioned that his reporting person isnt there.

I need an immediate action to be done for getting my maturity amount.

मैंने सहारा इण्डिया के पत्रकार नगर पटना ब्रांच में सहारा क्रेडिट कॉपरेटिव सोसाइटी के विभिन्न योजनाओं के तहत फिक्स्ड डिपोजिट किया था जिसका परिपक्वता सन्2020 एवं 2021 में पूरी हो चुकी है लेकिन भुगतान नही मिला है! भुगतान के लिए मैं सहारा इण्डिया के प्रबंधनों का चक्कर साल भर से लगा रही हूँ, लेकिन कोई सुनने वाला नहीं है! सहारा इण्डिया के प्रबंधन का कहना है कि मैंने सहारा इण्डिया के खिलाफ क्रेडिट कॉपरेटिव सोसाइटी में शिकायत दर्ज करवाई हूँ, इसलिए मैच्योरिटी और ब्याज कुछ नहीं मिलेग! अब भुगतान क्रेडिट कॉपरेटिव सोसाइटी करेगा, सहारा इण्डिया भुगतान नहीं देगा! ऐसा सहारा इण्डिया पटना के प्रबंधन का कहना है! मैंने अपनी भुगतान हेतू ईमेल एवं शोशल एकाउंट के माध्यम से सभी वरीय पदाधिकारियों एवं सहारा इण्डिया के चेयरमैन को भी लगातार निवेदन कर रही हूँ लेकिन कोई कारवाई नहीं हुई! मुझे बच्ची की शादी करनी है, इसलिए मुझे अपना भुगतान चाहिए! अत: निवेदन है कि मेरी परिपक्वता राशि का भुगतान यथाशीघ्र करने की कृपा करें! लंबित भुगतान हेतू एकाउंट निम्न प्रकार है:-(1) एम.आई.एस.खाता नंबर. I contacted the Representative of the Company/Society and I requested him to release the amount as the maturity time has come, but he refused to release the amount by saying that the Company/Society has no funds to release to me in respect of my above-mentioned deposit.

Thereafter, I submitted my online complaint with the Company website vide Complain ID No. SUMSL/81562/219736 on 06.10.2021 but I did not get any resolution till date.

I pray that the maturity amount with applicable interest may be refunded at the earliest.

I have two account in SAHARAYN UNIVERSAL MULTIPURPOSE SOCIETY LIMITED with account/control number [protected] & [protected]. The maturity date is already over for the scheme SAHARAYN UNIVERSAL MULTIPURPOSE SOCIETY LIMITED 13TH-December 2021. When I visited the Sahara office, the Branch Manager said the demand has been raised in the system but is denying to the pay the matured amount and forcing me to re-invest my money to another scheme of the company.

I have applied for a star two policies on date 18/07/2016 and the maturity time is completed in 2022 according to terms.but the policies are not giving me money as Stated by the company.

Invested payment thru Receipt no [protected] (Amount INR26000) and [protected](Amount INR 24550) respectively on 15 Sep 2018, in Plan SUPER BB(36 Months) to the Agent Mr. Ravindra Kumar in address Simri, Buxar (Bihar)-802135 but not getting any confirmation about the subject. I request for the refund of my matured payment.
