Sahyadri Specialty Hospital — Delays in Refunds

I was admitted in Pune Hadapsar branch for a surgery. First of all insurance team in hospital did not send the relevant Medical files to my mediassist corporate team and they asked me to pay a huge amount from my pocket otherwise they will hold the surgery. I had to do so. When I got discharged after all mediclaim settlements, the hospital billing department told me that I will get refund of my huge amount I paid within 3-4 working days. It has been 15 days now I have not received refund to my account Everytime I ask billing team they say I will get refund in the evening that day and every day I see my refund not credited. They are giving false promises and false commitments to their patients. I think my money is lost because of the billing team's negligence, incompetence and dishonesty in their duties.
