Sahyadri Specialty Hospital — Excessive non consumable charges to be beard by customer

My mom was admitted in Sahyadri Hospital Hadapsar on 27th Feb 2023 and was diagnosed with H3N2 Viral Influenza and was discharged after 5 days on 3rd March 2023. the total bill was 95, 328 out of which the hospital charged 25000 as non medical expenses out of which few were debatable and I spoke with the billing team and the customer care team but no one was helpful and they kept forcing me to pay the entire amount I spoke with my insurance as well and they also agreed that the charges levied were not sensible and it was clearly a case of robbing the customer and taking un due advantage of his/her situation. Below are the charges which are unreasonable and contradict each other
Disease management:- 6000
Biomedical waste:-750*5 Days =3750
Infection control:- 750*5 Days=3750
Administration charges:- 7239
total of 20, 739 which is debatable.
My simple and logical question to you'll is if you are charging Administration charges then why the other ones and if you are charging Disease management charges then why infection control and medical waste charges what sense does it make, also my mom's treatment had no surgery for any bio medical waste to take place.
Please stop robbing customers in broad day light, I will be filling a formal complaint with consumer forum and will take social media if this is not resolved to y satisfaction
