The hospital has held a security deposit of 5k against my cashless mediclaim reimbursement claim for more than 90 days even though the claim was already sanctioned by mediclaim company. I am not sure why they are making practice to hold a security deposit from patient when the mediclaim company has already confirmed the settlement amount.
    Horrible experience.
Why patient needs to pay hospital interest free deposit as a security. Who has given authority to these hospital to held such amount from patient without interest. This needs to be stopped.

      fake bills/ unprofessional behavior

      Address: 411028

I have had a horrible experience in this hospital when i visted for the treatement of my 2yr old daugher. She had fallen from chair and there was a cut in her nose.
As per the doctor only minor was there and it needed stitching. But the hospital had mentioned fracture without even doing x ray.
Please be watchful of this hospital as the doctors too treat this profession as business....

On and off i have been informing mr. Bhosale and mr. Sachin thombre about late night screaming and shouting incidents in this hostel.

We are senior citizens residents of adjoining building and do expect to be able to live and rest peacefully.

This is reference to the patient priti kiran nikam, huge amount other expenses (Administration charges) rs. 5726.74/- imposed in final settlement bill. Please find attached summary.

The delay in discharge procedure in sahyadri hospital hadapsar branch... We are waiting from morning for discharge... The careless ward member has no idea about value of time... Sister provided here in economy ward are less... One sister is handling whole economy ward... The work of half hour is done by more than 4-5 hours and isn't completed yet... This service for discharge procedure is not satisfied... And the person on billing counter has no value what we are saying... He speaks rudely... As he know the process is ended and patient will go now...

There is no sufficient staff for genaral ward like sisters and cleaning services.
Required more time for getting medicine from pharmacy.
The staff of government schemes is not cooperative. Schemes like Rajiv Gandhi, Mahatama Phule .

This is regarding hospitalization of Kusum shinde with ID 852790, which we have done through cashless claim facility of FHPL insurnace vendor, at the time of discharge hospital has taken us INR 4000 till the time claims gets settle and they were about to refund the same to us once they received claim amount.

            Total Bill = 88717
            Paid by us = 14697
Claim settle = 66, 638 on date 22-Mar-2018 which is as per the tariff agreed between hospital and insurance vendor and insurance vendor has adviced us not to pay beyond above INR 14697
when we reach to hospital for the refund of INR 4000 via receipt number 200693 as on 6-Feb-2018 hospital account department is refusing to repay the same to us and asking us to provide payment advice which insurance company has already submitted to bibwewadi insurance why they are asking advice to us as there is no policy to provide advice, two department of same hospital can talk to each other and provide a best service to customer.
I need my INR 4000 refund as committed by hospital, it was not our expectation from the hospitals like sahyadri Bibwewadi

Subject: - horrible experience from mr. Sumeet ahirrao (insurance department head)

              dear sir,
my self sadik maniyar, i have a corporate mediclaim policy of bajaj allianz and on dtd. 05.05.2017 (friday) i had submitted my mediclaim policy document for finger surgery for pre aproval. As per the procedure, the pre approval for the treatment under bajaj allianz should be done in one or two days, but no seriousness about work was shown by mr. Sumeet ahirrao (insurance department head). Whenever, i called the insurance dept. Of sahyadri hospital, nashik for my preapproval for the treatment ans wished to speak to mr. Sumeet ahirrao, he was not in the department. He is only hadling a insurance department as a head & his job is only to clear a insurance realeted work. I also gave a message to the other employee about the same issue, no action was taken by mr. Summet.
I had countinuesly called 4 or 5 times in a day, then to my luck he received one call of mine & his anser was like this: mr. Sadik we are sortingout your issue as soon as we can & whenever we receive your pre approval policy we will call you back. But after 3 or 4 day no call was received from mr. Sumeet. Then on dtd. 13.05.2017 (saturday) i called him for same realeted issue he told me yes mr. Sadik we got approval from bajaj alianze but now our doctor will call you for same issue. But after 5 days no call was received from neither mr. Sumeet not the doctor.
This attitude shows that because it is a free treatment, the same care need not be taken towards a patient as compared to one who is paying a full bill in cash. Due to the lack in your service, i no longer wish to be treated in sayhyadri hospitel, nashik. I will also be informing my mediclaim agent about the horible service received from mr. Sumeet and will talk to my company hr to change the medical policy company.
Keeping the above in mind i will also inform all my colleagues and friends about he horrible service provided and not to approach the concerned hospital for any treatment.
Hope no other patient has to go through the same ordeal and wishing you all the best.

              Sadik maniyar.

Its seems that concerned head has taking his own time for processing your request or of others, giving dilly dally answers & leads to undue delay causing mental sufferings. You would have consulted any other approved hospital
              for cash less approval.
I am attaching communication made thru email which is self explanatory. Kindly read this mail date wise and you can understand a customer's view and how hospital used to trap patient by giving false commitment.

              Regards

              A Mukherjee
