HE IS CONSTRUCTING ILLEGAL BUILDING BUILDER FLOOR IN CHANDRA PARK SHIV PARK AMBICA ENCLAVE AND CHEATING INNOCENT BUYER. his no building approved by MCD nor NO LAYOUT completion has been taken. he is selling properties by forge name and in his labour name who just vanish away after 2 3 years . HE IS NOT PAYING any taxes property tax . there is no development charges being submitted by him. he is doing the transaction on GPA. many times complaints have been submitted to MCD commissioner office but seem that all is being done with lena dena... LOCAL MLA POLICE is taking huge bribe from him and in result, INNONCENT BUYER IS BEING CHEATED. IN PAPERS ONE OF THE BUILDING IS BEING SEALED BY MCD but only in papers, all WORK IS COMMENCING IN SHIV PARK KAKROLA .
