Sir i had booked a plot from swo india through www swo.co.in the year of 2014 at new jail road shingho defence enclave malahaar lucknow but i did get any allotment of plot as directed by swo i fill refund form and swo get my form on date 8 dec 2016. I contacted many tims by phone but didn't get proper reply. Booking no is cb/luck/031/185. So plz help Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

SWO India has not handed over my plot No A95 at Bihta P-36 till date. Registry was done in year 2012 after full payment of Appx RS 6, 40, 000/- plus Registry charges plus mutation charges. No satisfying reply till date and only assurance. Pls bring this housing company in the ambit of RERA.
