I would like to bring to your attention a matter of serious concern regarding illegal encroachment opposite House Nos. 1304 and 1305, and several other locations in Sector 2, Bahadurgarh."
It has been observed that certain individuals have illegally occupied public land and common areas such as footpaths, roadsides, green belts, or vacant plots meant for public use. This encroachment is not only unauthorized but is also causing inconvenience to residents, obstructing free movement, and degrading the planned infrastructure and civic environment of the area.
Such activities are in direct violation of municipal and urban development regulations. It is disheartening to see public spaces being misused, especially in a well-planned area like HUDA Sector 2.
I respectfully request the concerned department to:
• Conduct an on-site inspection of the affected area,
• Verify the extent of the encroachment, and
• Take strict and immediate action to remove the illegal structures or occupation.
Please treat this complaint with urgency in order to restore the lawful use of public space and maintain the planned integrity of the sector.
Kindly acknowledge receipt of this complaint and inform me of the steps being taken.
