Hello sir/madam,
We had visited ccd outlet in chennai ..and found discount on fruitylicious fiesta -30% off on purchase of any two flavors..we without of giving a try and ordered the same...the total bill was of 440 and shows after discount as 323(inclusive of taxex) . The guy at billing gave me 60/- back when I handed him 500/- bugs . He did not even give me the bill ..then to confirm the discount I asked him for the bill ...when asked about the difference he said the discount offer is not valid now though the bill showed the discount amount . When asked why is he fooling customers the answer was it's only us who asked him about the discount . Great to know that the customers visiting ccd are not even bothered about the bill.. hope someone looks into this so that no one is fooled ..
