Sajukumar L — non remittance of bhim for jio voucher

Sir, i buy a ₹399 jio voucher by myjio app (Mobile number [protected]) and pay through bhim upi from my sbi account number [protected]. But not charge the voucher, the amount deducted from bank account and upi approved. Transaction id is[protected], date 09 march 2018, time 13:19:27. As per the enquiry from the support upi @sbi.co.in, the amount credited to jio account in icici bank. So i request take necessary steps towards the issue
