Please stay a thousand miles away from this fraudulent website called salebhai.
I made the mistake of ordering banana chips and bhakarwadi from them. I received an extremely poorly packaged box (Actually, it can't be called a box, it was more like a cardboard wrapper, flimsily tied together with cello tape). All contents inside were crushed to powder and bits and were not usable at all. This, after having to constantly follow up with them since they too close to half a month to deliver to a metro like delhi.
When i approached their customer support with video evidence of the damaged goods, they only offered to provide partial refund.
I asked them to keep their refund and deleted my account from their website. These guys want to do business online and do not understand one thing about customer satisfaction. They lost a long term customer by trying to make a hundred bucks in profit, in the process not understanding the damage that dissatisfied customer can do to their businesses.
Salebhai is not recommended. Stay away from them to save yourself the grief and anguish. They are not professional and do not deserve to be online. Was this information helpful? |
