What is status of dispatch about my 2 order placed.

My Order Number is : 40227 & 40228 and it is placed on 10th September, 2019.

Any update is not changed in my orders placed and it is Shows processing only from the date of Order placed.

Kindly reply with Latest delivery of my order other wise Cancel my both orders and refund my full amount through my original payment method by reversal.
