I am vikas singh. I ordered an action camera through the website "salely.in” on 4th of september 2019. I have received an invoice from salely.in however, after that date, the status on the website is always processing and there is no phone number to contact.
Also, when i sent an email, i received an auto-response that “we have received your email, we will revert to you in 3 days” however, no communication...

What is status of dispatch about my 2 order placed.

My Order Number is : 40227 & 40228 and it is placed on 10th September, 2019.

Any update is not changed in my orders placed and it is Shows processing only from the date of Order placed.

Kindly reply with Latest delivery of my order other wise Cancel my both orders and refund my full amount through my original payment...

I have ordered a gimbal for my gopro from this website on 9/9/19. I should've read the reviews before placing the order it seems. The company has sent me an invoice without a gst number or even a contact telephone number. This seems to be a scam. The same people are running another website called markroo.in. I wonder how youtube is promoting this company via ad suggestion. I was redirected to salely.in from youtube only. The payment gateway...

I purchased a drone and paid through payment gateway for order number 39548 on 1 sep/2019

Till now a thanking mail along with my invoice is the only thing i have received.
I suspect a online shopping fraud causing me about 14000 rupees.
As per site the address is ksrtc bus stand, vinayak lodge, stuart hill, madekeri, karnataka

I made the payment through credit card emi so can anyone please tell...

I have purchased a camera from this websit.. But there is no information about the location of my product.. Only prosessing status is showing but there is no customer support and contact information... There is a fake chat option which is not working.. Actually there is no contact information about the seller and no product tracking number.. Please help me to return my money back......

Ordered hohem i steady pro gimbal on 01/08/2019 order no 80352. But till date no response from them. Sent mail to their official mail id no response to mail also. Visited their contact address which is mentioned in web site. But no office exist there in that address. No contact no given in the web site. I think it is a fraud company and they are cheating the public.
Contacted the payment gateway and they said payment is already transferred...
