i have similar recent experience and i am going ahead with cyber fraud complaint with police

On 17/08/19 I ordered a mobile from them but no information yet it seems that they have duped our money after several enquiry from their site earlier this month their was no response what should be done

Its seems to be an online scam now as their website has also gone offline these people should be brought for justice
