I ordered a OnePlus 6T phone cover. Paid online but received a wrong product which was unfit. I immediately reported the issue. The company promised me for repay and now they are ignoring my calls and mails. I try daily to contact thorough calls and WhatsApp but they don't answer. I ordered watch but I got only belt without dial. I just want to replace my order. Vivo I called to call centre but no one is lifting call. U r company is not having any proper number. I complained already but I didn't got any reply from your side. So please respond to this messages and I hope that u will solve this problem and replace order.
