The advertisement of the product clearly showed a smart watch but when we received the order, we only received it's strap. Further, the company didn't receive any calls or mails in response for refund request.

It'll be of immense help if the company responded to the calls/mails as there have been communication gap or so regarding the product....

I ordered a OnePlus 6T phone cover. Paid online but received a wrong product which was unfit. I immediately reported the issue. The company promised me for repay and now they are ignoring my calls and mails. I try daily to contact thorough calls and WhatsApp but they don't answer.

Recently i placed an order with Saleofy with order no 60883. I have placed a stainless steal strap for iwatch series 3. They have delivered a wrong product i.e. leather strap.
I tried to reach the customer care but they are not responding to my mail or call.
Please help me out I need refund for my order or you may exchange the product with the stainless steal one....

I am harry from ambala. I had ordered a mirror shine flip case of black colour buy 1 get 1 free and a 5d screen guard from saleofy. My husband ordered watch band on 10th dec'2018. But wrong product was delivered. When we tried contacting the customer support for a Refund, they said they will call back but it did not come.
