Sales Emporium, Nagerbazar, Kolkata - 700074 had sold me a non smart AC claiming it as smart even after reverifying again and again that whether the AC would be smart and support phone, Alexa and WiFi connections. I was sold a Daikin AC convincing me that both Panasonic and Daikin are smart AC makers and one should pick Daikin over Panasonic which I did, I chose Daikin after clarifying if I am getting smart operations in it.
